When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

!DISCLAIMER IN REGARDS TO REPLACEMENT PARTS:

Resins are very prone to breakages, and damage might occur during shipping. Studios will do the utmost to prevent this from happening, and go to great extent to package them in the most safe & secure way.

We personally monitor this aswell, as unlike others, we are in direct touch with the studios who's products we offer.

Despite these precautionary measures, it is still possible you may receive a product suffering from any snaps and/or scratches.

In case of clean breaks and severe damage, we will go to the greatest extent to get you a replacement part. However, We are still depending on the studio to do so, and if they decline or halt communication, we will not be able to provide you with one.

We have agreements with the studios in regards to the policy we offer you here, but occasionally, though rare, they still refuse to stick to it. If you experience any minor scratching or small chips broken off, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement part, as it will become too costly for studios to do so.

You are than expected to glue it yourself. Please take this into account when deciding to make a purchase.
